I'm not sure if I did this right, so if I got anything wrong, please let me know. I don't want to let you guys down by my lack of talent. D:
Title: Harem Blues, Part 'Three'.
Fandom: Battle Royale II
Characters: Tetsuya Shimura, cameos from Masami Shibaki, Kenji Maezono, Haruya Sakurai, Jun Nanami and Shugo Urabe.
Claim: General.
Prompt: The Tower.
Word Count: 1031 words.
Rating: I'd say PG-13/15/T.
Author's Notes: Done as a direct response to
iraja and
toukan_hime's recent continuations of this classic piece of roleplay.
He's still trying not to look at Maezono. Or at least, no more than he has to. He has managed to calm down a little now, but there's still a lot of disgust built up. Most of it's directed at Nanami and his new fucktoy, but there's enough for everyone in this room, and certain people that aren't. And now it's really starting to sink in that there is no way that this can be a dream, that this is all horribly, painfully real. That this actually happened to them.
And he's not sure that he likes the way that the world has suddenly changed around him. Maybe some of this stuff -mostly directed around Makimura's little threesome- would have happened anyway, even if they weren't drugged up to the eyeballs, but some of this is still just...well, wrong. In so many ways. There are five other people in this room -two of whom, before today, were his friends- so he shouldn't feel so isolated. But he does.
The thing is -and this really makes him feel sick- is that he wasn't as drugged as most of the others. He was still aware of his surroundings for most of it. He didn't have any more control of the situation, but he should have done something about it. He's sure that he could have managed to do something...
Like what? He doubted that even if he had thrown something at Nanami, that it would have stopped him. And...it's not like he wasn't busy as well. His chest still feels sticky from the honey, even though he wiped most of it off. Neither of them even like honey when they're in their right minds, so why that happened -and more importantly, why he let it happen- he has no clue. Maybe he was further gone than he thought.
"We should be looking at the good points of this experience."
He wonders if Nanami's ever going to stop making him stare in shock. Maybe the drug's given him permanent brain damage or something. That would explain a lot of what he's been doing since they were given the antidote.
"Good points, Nanami? There are good points to this?!"
"We're not dead. That's a great point."
And to make it worse, Shibaki's sense of humour's managed to reassert itself. Perfect. As if this day couldn't get any worse. So far, he's been drugged by some weirdo with a domination fetish, been seduced by his best friend, seen his other best friend whipped after he abused his best friend and this is all without going into any detail whatsoever. There's not much more that life can throw at him right now.
And from the startled looks on the other five people that he's sharing the room with, he's said all of this out loud. He is not having a good day.
"You shouldn't say that. That's tempting fate, in the worst possible way."
"Yeah, well, it's not like anyone would miss him if he died. Except Maezono, of course, seeing as how he's the only person blind enough to go anywhere near him."
He can't be bothered replying to Shibaki's comment. At this point, there wouldn't be too many people to miss him when he died. And he's not really offended by it. It's not like Shibaki would becoming a model at any point in the near future either. For a start, he was too short. And had travelled with a wanted fugitive. Not to mention that he would probably throw his knife at the cameraman. Even if he missed -which he would, since his aim was probably even worse than the girls -and definitely worse than Kitano's- he was pretty sure that he would get kicked out of the business for that.
"That's probably not true. After all, I heard that you'd have sex with anything that moved. Isn't that right, Shibaki?"
Not entirely to his surprise, the mental image of him and Shibaki having sex, even drugged, made him even more nauseous than the memory of what he'd been doing with Maezono. What was surprising though, was that Sakurai decided to be the voice of reason this time.
"You're not helping Shintaro or Kurosawa by squabbling like children. And we're all in the same position here. I'm shocked and a little angry, and I know that you two are as well. But this isn't doing anything. And to get out of here, we'll all have to work together. And I know this sounds like a lame teamwork speech, but it's true. Shintaro would want us to escape. I don't know that much about Kurosawa, but I'm expecting he'd also be for getting out of here. And you two," nodding towards Urabe and Nanami, "can stay out of this. If you want to stay here, that's fine. But this is a bad enough situation as it is without you three bickering."
Noticing that everyone was staring at him, he looked down at the floor and sighed.
"And I'll just shut up now. None of you need to listen to me anyway. Just go on with your little verbal war and ignore me."
Nanami and Urabe got back to whatever they were doing -and he really didn't want to know at this point what that was, Shibaki moved closer to Sakurai with a smile on his face and a new gleam in his eye, and he turned away, not wanting to see what they were about to do either.
"Great. I still think that you're all fucking nuts, you do realise that?"
"Says you. If you weren't as drugged as the rest of us, which is what you were basically trying to say, then why were you still going along with it? And then to claim that we're the ones who are nuts? Am I the only person who can see what's wrong with this picture?"
"Fuck you, Maezono."
"Is that a threat or an invitation? Because I think you'll find that I was about to fuck you, thanks."
Not for the first time today, he wonders just what the punishment would be for killing one of his involuntary roommates. It might actually be worth it.
